  • What is the course address?
    • 110 Championship Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082
  • Do all sponsorships include a foursome?
    • No, not all sponsorships include play. Sponsorships $8,000 and higher include a foursome.
  • Do you have a hotel block?
    • Yes. We will have 100+ rooms reserved at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa. Reservations will be first-come, first-serve.
  • Can I rent clubs?
    • Yes. Please check the box that you want to rent clubs and whether you need right or left-handed when filling out your registration. Rental club costs are covered in your registration fee.
  • Where should I ship clubs?
    • You can ship clubs to the TPC Sawgrass team, please ship them to Shane Miller using the course address listed above. Please plan on having them arrive no earlier then Friday, May 22nd and no later then Wednesday, May 27th. 
  • Should I bring cash?
    • YES! You will have lots of raffle and game opportunities. All proceeds will go to Hire Heroes USA.
  • Can I put a tent on the hole I'm sponsoring?
    • No, TPC Sawgrass does not allow tents or table setups on the course.
  • Can I provide food and beverage to the players?
    • No. All food and beverage will be provided by the onsite catering team. 
  • Can I have a table in the registration area to market my business?
    • Only Presenting and Preferred Vendor sponsors are permitted to set up a table in the registration area.  
  • Can I bring a guest? (non-player)
    • Guests are not permitted to ride along in carts or walk the course during play. However, the course is located on a Marriott resort property where your guests can relax and enjoy the pool and the beach while you play.
  • What should my travel plans be?
    • Please plan on arriving Wednesday, May 27th and departing Friday, May 29th. The course and hotel are located about 45 minutes (35 mi) away from the Jacksonville International Airport.
  • Am I able to extend my trip?
    • Yes! The Marriott has extended our room rate 3 days prior and 3 days post our event. Please feel free to bring your family and enjoy the sunshine, pool, and beach. Or, bring your friends and play additional golf courses around the area!
  • Can I play TPC Sawgrass and Dye's Valley outside of our event?
    • Yes, the TPC team has extended discounted rates for any guests who would like to play the Stadium Course or Dye's Valley before or after our event on May 28th. The rate for the Stadium Course is $435, the Dye's Valley rate is $285. 
  • Where is my registration confirmation?
    • You will receive confirmation to your email. Make sure to check your spam folders if you do not immediately see.
  • How does foursome registration work?
    • One representative from each foursome will register for their group. We will ask for names, phone numbers, email addresses, and rental club info. If you need to make a change to your foursome, please email the WeServeSupportTeam@servicemaster.com.
