WE SERVE: VETERANS
PARTNERSHIP WITH HIRE HEROES USA
Each year, approximately 300,000 service members are discharged from the military. 80% of these veterans lack job prospects upon their return home. Additionally, military spouses face an unemployment rate 4x higher than the national average.
That's why in 2023, ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean teamed up with Hire Heroes USA, a nonprofit dedicated to helping U.S. veterans and their spouses find the next step in their careers. ServiceMaster Restore and Clean's commitment is to host an annual fundraising golf tournament where franchisees, leadership, vendor partners, and clients will rally on the greens.
Since 2023, we have raised over $1 million. We hope we can count on your support at our 2027 Golf Tournament at TPC Scottsdale on April 6.
A $1,000,000 DONATION MEANS...
- 833 veterans and their spouses can make a sustainable transition to full-time civilian jobs after their years in service.
- 833 veterans × Hire Heroes USA's starting salary of $69,000 = $60.7 MILLION IN IMPACT
"These veterans will go on to be promoted faster, work longer in their roles, and receive higher performance reviews than their civilian peers."
