Wednesday has been intentionally left unscheduled to allow guests the flexibility to either enjoy a day at leisure, explore the Scottsdale area, or depart at their convenience.

No, we will not be offering a dedicated room block for this year's tournament. Participants are welcome to make lodging arrangements independently at the hotel or property of their choice. We encourage guests traveling from out of town to book accommodations early, as availability in the area may be limited.

Guests are not permitted to ride along in carts or walk the course during play. 

A: If your guest is not playing golf but would like to attend the dinner portion of our event, you will need to register them separately as a "VIP Dinner Guest".

YES! You will have lots of raffle and game opportunities. All proceeds will go to Hire Heroes USA.

Yes. TPC Scottsdale has offered preferred rates for the Stadium and Champions Course the day before and the day after our event. The Stadium Course rate is $469 and the Champions Course rate is $249. 

Tee times will be available 90 days prior to our event. Please email Andrew Yoder (AndrewYoder@pgatourtpc.com), let him know you are with the ServiceMaster group and he will assist in booking your additional tee time. 

No, not all sponsorships include play. Sponsorships $8,000 and higher include a foursome. 

One representative from each foursome will register for their group. We will ask for names, phone numbers, email addresses, and rental club info. If you need to make a change to your foursome, please email the WeServeSupportTeam@servicemaster.com

 If you are registering for a foursome, you will be asked to have the names and contact information of the players in your group. if you don't have their names now, please use your own to complete registration and email WeServeSupportTeam@servicemaster.com to update the remaining players' information. 

Only Presenting and Preferred Vendor sponsors are permitted to set up a table in the registration area.  

No. All food and beverage will be provided by the onsite catering team. 

No, TPC Scottsdale does not allow tents or table setups on the course.
