NOW - Complete Enrollment for Vendor Program
Mid- November – Conference registration opens
Instructions on how to register your onsite representatives will be provided by Chris Bortnichak or Lili Kramer within 7 business days of completing your enrollment form.
Company logo and description uploaded to enrollment site no later than 45 days prior to the start of the conference. If you do not upload, there is a chance that your logo will not be placed on signage or on our app.
We are working with Freeman for booth enhancement and shipping logistics. Upgraded Internet needs and electrical should be finalized with Encore at the hotel roughly 30-45 days prior to conference.
Booth Design and Shipping info
Each 8'x10' & 10'x10 booth package consists of:
- 8' high back wall
- 3' high side drape
- (1) 6'x30" H draped table
- (2) Limerick side chairs
- (1) Waste basket
- 11"x17" Booth identification sign
Each 10'x20' and 20'x20' booth package consists of:
- 8' high back wall
- 3' high side drape
- (2) 6'x30" H draped table
- (4-6) Limerick side chairs
- (1) Waste basket
- 11"x17" Booth identification sign
We want you to enhance your booth as well! Freeman is working on booth upgrades/packages that are easy and will make your booth stand out. Please plan to work with Freeman as details are release and make your booth one that everyone will stop by!
