NOW - Complete Enrollment for Vendor Program
Mid- September – Conference registration opens
Instructions on how to register your onsite representatives will be provided by Chris Bortnichak or Lili Kramer within 7 business days of completing your enrollment form.
Company logo and description uploaded to enrollment site no later than 45 days prior to the start of the conference. If you do not upload, there is a chance that your logo will not be placed on signage or on our app.
We are working with Freeman for booth enhancement and shipping logistics. Upgraded Internet needs and electrical should be finalized with Encore at the hotel roughly 30-45 days prior to conference.
Shipping & Storage
With prior notification and approval from the hotel, packages for events may be delivered up to three (3) business days before the event start date. Packages stored beyond the three (3) day grace period before or after the event may be subject to storage fees. Pricing and fees are subject to change.
Required Information for Incoming Packages
Please include the following information on all shipments:
- Event/Conference Name
- Vendor or Exhibitor Name
- Booth or Table Number (if applicable)
To ensure proper handling of shipments, please notify the hotel of incoming packages by emailing shipping.receiving@grand1847.com or calling (251) 990-6393.

*** Booths will be pipe and drape style booths. Please note that due to the size of the show floor, booth sizes may be adjusted to accommodate all interested vendors. We will work to make sure everyone is accommodated, but booth sizes may not be exact sizes as requested.
