Sponsorship Enrollment Notice:

By completing the Sponsorship Enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® Annual Conference Vendor Terms and Conditions. You also authorize ServiceMaster Brands® to process payment via ACH transfer for the amount associated with your selected vendor level. A confirmation and invoice will be sent upon completion of your enrollment.

Please note: This enrollment form is solely for securing your spot as a vendor at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® Annual Conference. It does not register individuals for attendance at the event. A separate registration will be required for any team members who will be working onsite during the Vendor Marketplace. Instructions on how to register your onsite representatives will be provided by Chris Bortnichak within 7 business days of completing your enrollment form. Registration for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® Annual Conference does not open until mid-October. 

Please ensure all information is accurate, as your selection is considered a binding agreement to participate as a vendor under the specified terms.
