NOW - Complete Enrollment for Vendor Program

Mid- September – Conference registration opens

Instructions on how to register your onsite representatives will be provided by Chris Bortnichak or Lili Kramer within 7 business days of completing your enrollment form (no earlier than mid-September).

Company logo and description uploaded to enrollment site no later than 45 days prior to the start of the conference.  If you do not upload, there is a chance that your logo will not be placed on signage or on our app.

We are working with Freeman for booth enhancement and shipping logistics.   Upgraded Internet needs and electrical should be finalized with Encore at the hotel roughly 30-45 days prior to conference.
